Our client is an automotive distributor from Asia, ranked among the world's most reliable suppliers. Сorporate portals help companies streamline internal communications and increase the transparency of each employee's work. In 2021, a major automotive distributor decided to create such a platform for its personnel. The client reviewed several IT companies and selected SimbirSoft as an experienced developer of such systems.

At the start of our collaboration, the company used an outdated corporate platform that lacked the functionality to meet their evolving needs. This led them to commission a new corporate portal to streamline operations for their large team of 100-500 employees, including management and representatives from the parent company.

Collaborating closely with the client's stakeholders, our team defined the portal's key business objectives and developed an MVP encompassing eight sections. For instance, the "Services" section provides access to various services such as changing work schedules or updating personal information, while the "Database" section offers a centralized repository of essential work-related information.

We chose the CRM platform for its alignment with the client's requirements. We also developed a wide range of corporate services, including access requests, English language learning resources, work schedule adjustments, and more. This improved employee access to company benefits and internal services.

The resulting platform addresses the needs of all organizational units and solves the following challenges:
